Abbott Nicholson’s 40th anniversary

Abbott Nicholson is proud to announce that it has celebrated its 40th anniversary in September 2017. Richard Abbott, John Nicholson, Thomas Quilter, and Gene Esshaki formed the firm in 1977, signing the organizational papers at the old Joe Muer’s seafood restaurant on Gratiot in Detroit. In 1979, they were joined by John Youngblood. Today, the firm has over 20 attorneys. Since its founding, the firm has proudly maintained its presence in Detroit. However, in 2016, after 39 years in business, the firm opened a second office in Troy. The firm eagerly looks forward to the next 40 years of providing quality legal services to our clients.
