Abbott Nicholson partners Kristen Baiardi and Robert Weller have authored an article for the September/October 2021 issue of the Defender titled “Money Laundering and Other Suspicious Transactions: What Dealers Can Do To Avoid Being a Target.” The Defender is a publication of the National Association of Dealer Counsel, a national association of attorneys who represent dealerships, of which Ms. Baiardi and Mr. Weller are members.
