Abbott Nicholson Attorneys present Estate Planning Seminar

On December 10, 2019, Abbott Nicholson attorneys Randolph T. Barker and George M. Malis presented “Planning for Death and Disability” at Wayne County Community College District’s Mary Ellen Stempfle University Center. The program discussed the various goals and components of an estate plan, long term care planning, tax considerations, and suggested criteria for selecting fiduciaries. More than 50 real estate and medical professionals attended the event.
